I loved the setting. The grounds were gorgeous and so well-kept! the room was super clean, and i really appreciated how spacious it felt, it even had two sinks. breakfast included a massive selection of food, a great start to the day! finally, the checkout time at noon was perfect, i enjoyed a leisurely morning.

My beautiful king room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower, and ample space to move around. everything felt very clean and well-kept, i felt right at home. the bed was very comfortable.

every staff member i encountered was polite and ready to assist, i asked for extra towels and they arrived promptly. i was impressed with their responsiveness. the reception staff were always helpful.

A Nice Getaway

The self-service breakfast offered a HUGE variety. I found the swimming area to be great. The grounds are quite beautiful. The facilities were plentiful for all guests. We could easily drive to Alton Towers from there.
The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. This was highly annoying to discover while my hair was wet.

i found the location fine. the meal i had in the restaurant was excellent, delicious steaks and vegetables. the service was amazing!!!
we didn't get any room clean. there was no refill of tea making. for the money we paid for the room, these things were expected.

The room included a king bed and a separate seating area. There were two on-site golf courses, one championship and one moorland style. I found ample parking spaces available near the hotel entrance. The fitness center had treadmills and weight machines.
I noticed a slight delay in the restaurant service during peak hours. It took a bit longer to receive my order, but the staff were apologetic.
